Simplicification of Attraction and Distractions

The universe runs based on laws. It is through the awareness of these laws governing our universe that living becomes more joyous and easier to manage. When you resist the laws of the universe, it doesn't negate the existence of the laws, it simply makes it far more challenging to achieve what you most want to achieve, because you are working against the universal current instead of with it.

For example, if you are driving down the road in your car going 115 kmph, and suddenly come to a very sharp curve; it makes no difference if you accept Newton's First Law — "An object at rest tends to stay at rest and an object in motion tends to stay in motion with the same speed and in the same direction." The law is true regardless of your belief in it or not. What does make a difference to you is your awareness, acceptance and response in relation to that law. If you aren't aware of the law, and you don't leave enough time to slow down and take the curve at a reasonable speed, you will suffer the possible dire consequences of your choice. If you are aware, and still resist its validity, you will still suffer the same consequences. If, however, you are aware and embrace the law, you then give yourself the freedom to make a choice that can attract far more desirable consequences — namely you go around the curve with ease and grace completely safe to continue your travels.

Becoming aware and embracing the laws that exist gives you the freedom to create and manifest your life with far more ease. Ignoring or resisting the laws of the universe leaves you in a constant battle — struggling against the natural flow. You put yourself into a situation where everything is ten times (an arbitrary number of course) harder than it has to be. And, as you may agree, the intention is to make life easier not harder!

The Law of Attraction is one of these laws. Based on Quantum Physics, the law states: All things, both physical and non-physical, are made of energy. Energy by law attracts that which is vibrating at the same speed. Thus, if you are vibrationally tuned into "X," you will attract more "X" to you. If you are focused on "Y," the universe gives you more "Y." There is no judgment on good or bad in relation to what "X" or "Y" is. The universe gives you exactly what you ask for — wanted or unwanted. And the way the universe knows what you are asking for is through your focus. That which you place your focus (your energy), and thus vibrate in relation to, is what the universe reads as your request. So, if you are resonating with the emotions of sadness and frustration, you will attract experiences that match that vibration. The universe doesn't assess that you may not want sadness; it only gives you what you are asking for. If you are focusing on not wanting something, your focus is actually still on that thing you don't want. This means you are actually vibrating more strongly with what you don't want than what you do want. The universe, making no judgment, simply gives you what you are focusing on.

In order to use the Law of Attraction as the tool it can be for making life easier and more joyous, you must first identify what is keeping the law from being successful. What I have found, working with those seeking to learn and use the Law of Attraction, are the top three distractions that sabotage your results and keep you from creating and manifesting with 100% success. In essence, what keeps you from taking the curve with ease and grace to continue on in your travels.

The first distraction is getting caught up in what others believe to be true or not. There are many who will argue against the Law of Attraction. They will provide their proof of how the law doesn't work and why. They will ridicule your naivety and do whatever they can to "talk you out of" believing. My question to you is, "How does what ‘they' think actually affect you? How does someone else's path and journey determine what is true for you?" There will always be opposing ideas and truths that assist each of us in living the life we came here to live (thank goodness). Resisting that there are other ideas is unproductive. But, abandoning what resonates within you out of fear of being ridiculed or looking foolish is extremely counterproductive to your own journey. The Law of Attraction is based on focusing on what you want. If you fall prey to focusing on your fear that the law doesn't work, that is exactly what you will experience.

However, I must mention that, if you question the validity of this law and are attracting those who provide you an opportunity to address that question, you must honor what you are attracting. If you simply resist your questions and what you are pulling toward you, you are actually focusing on ignoring yourself instead of connecting with what is true for you.

The key for responding to disbelievers (and not getting distracted by them) is focusing on your own knowing (inner source), instead of focusing on what you "know" (which is only a small part of the total you). Your knowing will tell you if the disbelievers you are attracting are there to confirm your knowing, expand their own awareness with your perspective or confirm what they already believe, which may or may not coincide with what you believe. It is all a perfect attraction. Everyone working on what they most need. So, embrace the questioning of others and allow them to believe and focus on what they most need for their journeys, while connecting with your own knowing, which is all that is important for your journey.

The second distraction is over emphasis on the physical manifestation of now. Instead of choosing to focus on the non-physical possibilities of now, where creation begins, you put all of your focus on what you can physically see, hear, feel, touch, etc. Note: they both occur in the now. The second, however, being a physical manifestation, can often become more real to you because it is experienced with your five senses. The reason that focusing on only your physical manifestations is a distraction is that you don't allow your imagination to create and nurture (with the required focus and energy) the desires that are now being born in the non-physical. At every moment you have the opportunity to focus on either physical or non-physical realities. They are both equally true. However, you cannot experience the non-physical quite as easily as the physical. As the Law of Attraction is solely based on attracting that which you give the most focus to, you end up being distracted by what is in the physical instead of being energized and inspired by what is being born in the non-physical. When you get distracted by only what is, and it is not what you want, you create more of it. However, when you embrace what physically is, while focusing on what non-physically is, you then have more opportunity to create what you truly desire.

The last distraction that I have found to be most prevalent is conflicting intentions. This is a distraction that is usually hidden from yourself, but still has the same detrimental effects on creating and manifesting what you most desire. Conflicting intentions are the intentions you have that are directly or indirectly in opposition to each other; that if brought into consciousness and articulated would actually make the other impossible, improbable or irrelevant. And, as I said, you are usually not aware of the conflict, which is why it can distract you from focusing even though you aren't aware you are being distracted.

One of the reasons this happens is because people don't break their desires down into categories. For example, when you list what you most want, you may start with desires such as a job that utilizes all your skills, tucking your kids in every night before they go to bed and taking a yearly vacation with your best friends. Although each of these desires is a part of the big picture, they each are also goals that fall into different segments of your life. The first is a career goal, the second a relationship goal and the third could be a pastime, a relationship or a financial goal. By just writing down the most immediate desires that pop into your head, you end up missing many of the subsequent desires and hidden desires that live in each of these various areas of your life — what I call the Nine Environments of Holistic Living. By not breaking your life down into more manageable segments, you don't give yourself the opportunity to really flesh out what you are seeking in each of these very real and often competing areas. It is in the unarticulated desires that conflicting intentions are born.

To make this clearer, let's consider an example. Let's say you have a desire to meet a mate for a long-term relationship, while also having a deep desire to rise to the top of your profession in the next three years. You meet an amazing person and find that this person doesn't want you to work so much. He feels neglected that you are always putting your work before him. You start to feel very frustrated. You begin to believe that you cannot have the success you want in a career and the success you want in a relationship. However, the truth is that you simply did not articulate clearly enough when you were asking and attracting what you wanted in a mate. You may find, hidden deep in your belief structure, that you equate being loved with a person who heavily relies on you and needs a lot of your attention. So, you did attract the person you were seeking (albeit unconsciously). And, when what you asked for showed up, you found out that that you were actually attracting someone who would not support your desire to rise to the top of your profession. The conflict is within you. You didn't articulate clearly enough (allowing your hidden belief to come to the surface) and ended up with only part of what you wanted.

The great thing is that by becoming aware and articulating desires for all the areas of your life, you can identify where there may be conflicts before manifesting what you don't want. The key is in being aware of what you want in order to manifest the exact situation that will work for you. That is why it is imperative to not only know what you are desiring in each of the areas of your life, but to compare each of those areas and seek out where there may be conflicts hiding below the surface. Many times conflicts show up because you are subconsciously holding on to old, unchallenged beliefs from your childhood or past experiences. By breaking down your desires and then going through a comparison analysis (which is one of the imperative steps in my program), you can proactively address what you are focusing on and why. When you bring the hidden conflicts to the surface, that are sabotaging your results, you can remove them and truly focus on your desired outcome.

The Law of Attraction, when understood and used properly, can make life easier and far more joyous. Inherent in the law is your ability to focus on what you want and not what you don't want. By taking care of the distractions that keep you from focusing, you can increase your success rate to 100%.

Every day is an opportunity to become more aware and practice. Find the tools you need to assist you and use the laws to make your journey joyous and your travels ongoing.

Web 2.0 a jargon for online businesses

By now you've heard the term "Web 2.0"... but what does it mean and why is it important for all marketers? Here's a quick explanation and my thoughts on the importance of the Web 2.0 movement."Web 2.0" is a weird phrase. It began as the name of a conference, but the people organizing the conference didn't really know what they meant by it. Mostly they thought it sounded catchy. However, "Web 2.0" has since taken on a meaning. There are some interesting new trends on the Web, and it's the nature of a phrase like that to adhere to them. From what I can gather, Web 2.0 is all about the social networks being created on the web. Websites like Digg, MySpace, Flickr, Blogger, Wikis, etc. are all operating inside this bubble we call Web 2.0. If you want a really detailed explanation of Web 2.0, visit the site that started it all at http://www.oreillynet.com. I'll save you a lot of reading... it's complicated – but incredibly simple at the same time.Web 2.0 simply defines the evolution of the world wide web. It describes the Internet as it was intended to be - a resource that allows for information creation, sharing, and dissemination. Why is this important to us as marketers? Because marketing is all about WOM (you guessed it, "Word-of-Mouth"), building brand, and communicating your message. If you've been following the blogging circles lately, you’ve not doubt heard of the latest controversy- blogging for payment. The idea that someone would actually pay you to blog about their products or services would only be possible in the Web 2.0 world. Yet it’s indicative of Web 2.0. In this environment its all about information sharing, ideas, and communities with similar likes and dislikes. The viral nature of Web 2.0 is contagious. Just visit Digg or Del.icio.us and you'll soon find out what I'm talking about. As a marketer in this environment, you have to understand the importance of viral marketing and managing your marketing messages - even creating a buzz around your products. Some of the leading brands have been doing this for ages… Nike giving away their sneakers to the best athlete at a school; PowerBar giving away samples to athletes, and so on. The only thing that’s changed with Web 2.0 is vehicle. In addition to ‘feet-on-the-street’, there are now online tools – communities that are available to spread your message.Developing a StrategyThe best way to utilize this new technology is to really understand the value that each has to offer. Begin with a clear understanding of your desired outcome. Then, consider the tools in your tool box. For example, if you want to communicate how customers feel about a given topic or issue, maybe you want to blog about it… or conduct an interview via a podcast. You should approach your Web 2.0 with the same strategy you use when developing your traditional marketing plan. An integrated approach always works best. Regardless of the vehicle, apply the same basic marketing standards you do today. Use messaging points, create value, and segment.

Love vow

Last Night I was going through 'N' number of profiles posted on a matrimonial site ,while casually browsing the internet. Most of profile reflect that they are looking for true love from partner .Can we find real love on internet ? I believe the reason is that we do not know what love is, which means we can’t identify it when we see it! We are looking for the dramatic, life altering, breath holding love we read about and see in movies. That isn’t love...it is just good acting and we paid well to see it! We can’t find love on internet because we aren’t 100 % honest while online. If we are honest with ourselves and others we will all be in a better position when it comes to love. I think we should make a personal vow to not try to find love online until we are sure of what we want and not until then. We will save yourself and other singles a lot of time! Think about this...how can one get to an unfamiliar “place” without a map or without someone giving directions? Most of us go online looking for love but we are wearing a blind fold and earplugs. So, with that being said, how are we going to find love? We can start by removing the blind fold, the earplugs and listing what we want. Let be honest, and right it down. We can always go back and change it. Make list and use it like a shopping list. Let it help us find what us know we want and need. We will only be able to find love online if we are brutally honest with ourselves about what we are looking for and what we ideally want!

Reservation in Higher Education

Dear President ,do you think that the SC/ST/OBC students will be boycotted if they give exams in open competition ,or their results will be withheld forcefully ?In this era where we talk about equality ,does reservations make any sense.I have seen many such students who dont work hard like the general candidate, but still getting better opportunity to grab a seat. When it comes to knowledge the best should be honoured.I dnt understand the need of reservation.Do you think that if a ST/SC has talent to fight the open competition he will be kicked from exam hall or his paper will not be judged by the computer. In my view all reservations should be stopped to avoid discrimination, since it creates lot of social gaps. I sincerely believe merit is the only measuring factor for one's pursuit of education and not quota
These reservations are shit.So please rethink on this and dont spoil the career of gud students.
If this law is passed then there will be nothing left for OPEN category people. If you want to give equal opportunity to people then give free education, books ,etc to needy (both general and other) but not seat reservation to 49\%

I request you PLEASE DO NOT KILL FUTURE OF MY COUNTRY

My Uncontrolable Urges: Where the mind is without fear

My Uncontrolable Urges: Where the mind is without fear

Where the mind is without fear

When I was kid I hd heard of a proverb 'At young we learn and at age we understand". At that time I havent really realised the meaning behind this proverb but now its meaning is really revealed to me.
The reason for writing this is ; Few lines of Tagore :"Where the mind is without fear ..."

As a kid I neva understand the depth behind this poem..but yet for approx 18 yrs this the only poem I remember..My primary school teacher has made me to learn his poem by heart ..at her pressure i took effort to make all the words stored on mi lips..but didnt understood the meaning of these lines..Its only after watching RDB ..all of a sudden the words started saying their meaning to me ..

Where the mind is without fear and the head is held high
Where knowledge is free
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments
By narrow domestic walls
Where words come out from the depth of truth
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection
Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way
Into the dreary desert sand of dead habit
Where the mind is led forward by thee
Into ever-widening thought and action
Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake

Now I feel it took me 18 years to know my goal..Now I am working on the process

OSHO's Literature

Recently I hv heard the famous words from a OSHO's audio
Here is the transcript for all those OSHO's fan who havent heard hs words still

Sargamo, it is one of the most beautiful words. The English language should be proud of it.I don't think any other language has such a beautiful word. One Tom from California has done some great research on it.I think he must be the famous Tom of Tom, Dick and Harry fame.He says: One of the most interesting words in the English language today is the word 'fuck'.It is one magical word: just by its sound it can describe pain, pleasure, hate and love.In language it falls into many grammatical categories. It can be used as a verb, both transitive (John fucked Mary) and intransitive (Mary was fucked by John), and as a noun (Mary is a fine fuck). It can be used as an adjective (Mary is fucking beautiful). As you can see there are not many words with the versatility of 'fuck'.Besides the sexual meaning, there are also the following uses:Fraud: I got fucked at the used car lot.Ignorance: Fucked if I know.Trouble: I guess I am fucked now!Aggression: Fuck you!Displeasure: What the fuck is going on here?Difficulty: I can't understand this fucking job.Incompetence: He is a fuck-off.Suspicion: What the fuck are you doing?Enjoyment: I had a fucking good time.Request: Get the fuck out of here!Hostility: I am going to knock your fucking head off!Greeting: How the fuck are you?Apathy: Who gives a fuck?Innovation: Get a bigger fucking hammer.Surprise: Fuck! You scared the shit out of me!Anxiety: Today is really fucked. And it is very healthy too.If every morning you do it as a Transcendental Meditation -- just when you get up, the first thing, repeat the mantra "Fuck you!" five times -- it clears the throat. That's how I keep my throat clear!Enough for today.

Transform your self to Aweaken Generation

No country is bad or good. Its people who make a country. In spite of having good manpower and resources our country is lacking basic amenities.Bassed on some practical aspects of todays life I am describing the theory of M- Transform. I believe and have confidence that if all of us govern ourselves with 4 attitude, we will do better than US. The economy will boom and even possible to make RS the most powerful currency Science start with laws. Every invention is governed by law. all science students obey this law, and the result is new inventions. The same way people should governed by some rules. And rules which can make life better, prosperous should be strictly implemented. We need to work aggressively. (A)All should obey the 4 laws of a citizen Country First . Individualism second Family Third Rituals and society fourth (B)But the present scenario in India is Society first Family second Individualism third Country Fourth The transformation of attitude form category B to category A is Me-transform. Once M-transform is achieved 90% of work is done for to make a developed country but motivating and transforming every individual is a long and tedious process. So let’s proceed with another way. I am presenting a simple theory. An advanced version of so called divide and rule policy (this is the same policy which once was applied to divide the country into states.. Chattisgarh and Jharkhand are recent examples. Dividing the country into India and Pakistan) But now lets experiment it in different way. As India is a democratic country so I feel people can relocate to any part of the country without any restrictions. Let’s make certain assumptions The present country will be divided into 2 parts part one X 'Rang De Basanti' part 2 Y 'CholaKingdom' The government of Rang De Basanti will be consisting of politicians, who are good at management, Economics, tech savvy guys. The citizens of this part are those who already are M-Transformed The selection procedure for electing the government will be consisting 2 rounds Round a) Consisting of questions created by finest analysts, managers, philosophers. These questions will be distributed among the general public. One fine day all the party leaders will sit in a conference hall with the judges, The questions will be thrown before them and the entire public can see their leaders playing a reality game ‘Indian Idol’. Better will be Rang de Basanti Idol In the pilot phase the vots will be cast..an online vote ..Each Indian will be assigned a social security number having their userid and pwd to login to the system and cast a vote. The system is an intelligent system so no users can cast more than one vote. The information will be stored in database which will be replicated in different data centers..Located in different geographical locations ...so that in case one data center is damaged..Same information can be retrieved from other data center. Result: There will be a efficient government. Economy will increase. Foreign Direct Investment will be more Now lets go to other part of our country..Chola Kingdom People who are not ready for M-Transform can stay in Chola Kingdom.Chola Kingdom is our present India,so you can imagine better than the other part. All citizens who can M-transform themselves are invited to stay in Rang De Basanti Other citizens who dont want to M-transform them selves will stay in their home land CholaKingdom. Beside this to make our Rang De Basanti better tourist from Chola Kingdom are allowed to visit on a pass just like a Visa. These people so called tourists are allowed to travel around the Rang De Basanti . A vision after 3 years down the line... The RangDeBasanti people will stand next to developed country. Whose currency will be among the most powerful currency equivalent to US$. The CholaKingdom will be our present India, with all great all time flavors. Racism, communal riots, corruptions, In total undeveloped nation Slowly and slowly people will migrate to Rang De Basanti who will realize that they can change the present hereditary rule and accept the new rule. There is open invitation to people of Chola Kingdom who can M-transformed themselves and Get entry to Rang De Basanti land. Concluding Remarks: The main purpose of writing this article is to raise a message among all the citizen of my nation that Our country needs good managers instead of best politicians.90% of politicians don’t have proper managerial skills. All political party members should be MBAs loaded with more than 10 years of management experience. Health Minister should be a learnt doctor instead of an actor. The Election procedure should change. Selection of leaders who drive the country and other members of party should be selected by interviews in front of General Public., say in a conference hall with full AV conferencing. People from all over the world can ask questions to him, the one who gives maximum no of correct answers should proceed with other rounds of selection. I have use a concept the so called Me- Transform to justify my words that there is a possibility to achive a developed nation…. only if we work aggressively…towards transforming us. Indians should be made aware that English is a cosmopolitan language..not a language of British. In similar way we should have a cosmopolitan out look instead of religion based taughts.70% of precious time of Indians is wasted in Thinking & fighting over religion, caste and creed. We have revamp the policies. In starting days of transforming Your self it will be difficult .as we are controlled by mind. But believe me slowly and steadily it will be an habit

My Worst experience with world's best designed Business

When ever I go to the west of Andheri,I usually visit the Mc Donald outlet near the Andheri Station.I love the ambiance of Mc Donald and their fresh food. I ordered for a Combo consisting of Chiken Mc Grill,French Fries and Coke.I searched for a place where I could sit camly.I took a corner seat.I found that the table was not cleaned properly. I called up an employee who was sweeping the floor and told him towipe the table properly.Further I enquired him about the neopets displayed on a rack inside the restro. He said that he is busy and walk away from there. Now that was unexpected answer and sound me quite rude. I look at my mobile. It was quater to 10.I planned to have my dinner there,so I went to the counter again and odered for 2 more burgers and a Mc Shake.Meanwhile one of theiremployee took my privious tray and cleaned the table where I was sitting. When I came back from the counter I was shocked to see that my table was occupied by a couple. When I enqired about this from one of the employee he said he thaught that I left the restraunt.I was quite irated so I asked for the resident manager.Manager came and said that its a rule of Mc Donald that if a person get up from table,it means he has finished his food and their employess are directed to clean the table. Now this is shit-I felt that I was insulted. They commited a mistake and instead of taking this as a mistake they are give me these shits. I feel Mc Donalds should give more attention in trainng itsemployes for better customer interaction.I defined Mc Donald as :A best designed business with worst customer intraction.

What I am doing"

Rang De Basanti:
It is one movie that hit me hard.I was bound to think "What I am doing".
I called up my parents and said that I want to quit my job.I want to go for civil services or join politics. They were very depresed hearing this. They said that politics is for corrupt people. They said me to think about my youngersister whose marriage will be done within in next 2 years.I feel like to be just another family person who was born to study-to get a job, doing jobto satisfy daily needs and for family, save money for rainy days, and die one day.

Nothing has ever touch me so deeply.Every time I think of this movie I cry from inside. In my entire life I was never got so emotional. All my friends know me as a unemotional person.Although I am a movie buffbut I never indulged so deeply in any movie. But while watching Rang De BasantiI got my self releated to the character of movie.

I guess I have more to write about.First time I am experiencing myself.
